| Public appreciates working of Control Room Manjakote | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Apr 7: With the restrictions due to COVID 19 and followed by declaration of Manjakote as Red Zone after reporting of some positive cases from the area. To monitor each and everything closely a control room was set up by District Administration Rajouri and Irfan Ch KAS (Prob.) was made nodal officer of the control room. After taking the charge of Control Room established in Manjakote Irfan Ch taking the responsibility seriously and acting swiftly start monitoring each and everything minutely so that general public don’t suffer during this pandemic. The working of Irfan Ch was highly appreciated by locals for his tireless efforts in solving each and every problems of public regarding Water, electricity, FCS and others. When contacted Irfan he informed that our control room is working 24×7 and daily we receive hundreds of complaints regarding Water , Electricity, FCS and others . After receiving complaints we immediately forward these complaints to concerned department where most of complaints get solved within shortest possible time. He informed that there were a no of complaints regarding power failure where we have to replace transformer and we forwarded complaints to EX EN PDD Munshi Khan where he replaced the transformer immediately during this lock down and he made his best of best efforts and get the matter resolved and most importantly there was no disruption of power supply for which PDD deserve a lot of appreciation similarly SDPO Manjakote Nisar Khoja and Tehsildar Manjakote Sagheer Ch also worked days and night and they remained available all the time and acted swiftly whenever we forwarded any complaints to them regarding law and order and some essential services. |
