Jammu, Apr 22: Choudhary Manmohan Singh Former Mayor Jammu, Vijay Choudhary Corporator of W-42, Rajinder Singh President Gurudawara Sahib Guru Nanak Nagar honored sanitation staff with saropas, president Ramsaran sharma of baba Lal dayal ji mandir and president Nav Shiv Mandir Narinder Sharma also honored the sanitation staff with Mata ki Chunries. and Choudhary’s lauded the sanitation staff for acting as a barrier between general public and pandemic. It is because of their relentless efforts that our surroundings are clean and habitable, making it possible for people to stay indoors and away from the outreach of pandemic. These people are the heroes of our society, risking their lives, for us to maintain lockdown. Choudhary distributed Hand Gloves, Masks, hand sanitizers, to sanitary Inspector Sd. Harjeet Singh, sanitary supervisor Subash Gill, Nigrans, safai karamcharies, Auto drivers of their ward and dry ration kits to all the safai karamcharies, during the distribution process, all the norms of social distancing of 5ft were maintained, everyone was wearing masks and gloves and sanitizer usage was a must.
