JAMMU, May 14: A day long orientation-cum-training programme regarding the establishment of Covid Health Centres and Covid Care Centres at district levels was organized her today at the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu.
This programme was inaugurated by Director Health Services, Jammu, Dr Renu Sharma. Nodal Officers of five districts of Jammu Division nominated for establishment of Covid Care Centres attended this training programme. Training was imparted by Dr Seema Gupta, Dy. Director (Schemes), Dr Sunil Sharma, Assistant Director (Schemes) and Dr Vijay Raina, DNO QAP.
Dr Sanjay Sharma, Dy Director Dentistry and Dr Rita Kotwal Assistant Director HEB also attended this training programme.
In this programme, the emphasis was given on how to establish Covid Care Centres at district levels and manage the Covid positive patients smoothly.
Later, the Nodal Officers were taken to Govt Hospital Gandhi Nagar Jammu (Dedicated Covid Health Centre) and Saraswati Dham (Dedicated Covid Care Centre) for practical demonstration of establishment of Covid Care Centres.
