DODA, May 16: LBM Doda C.M Batt and Chief Manager SBI Anil Raina today collectively donated Rs 18300 to the District Red Cross Doda on behalf of their employees in-order to effectively tackle the Corona virus situation in the district.
Keeping in view the health emergency and threat due to spread of COVID-19, the LBM Doda and Chief Manager SBI Doda today handed over Demand Drafts of the aforementioned banks to the District Development Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode in his office and expressed their full cooperation/support to district administration in this disaster time.
District Development Commissioner expressed gratitude to the LBM Doda and Chief Manager SBI and all the employees of banks who are working during COVID -19 lockdown. He said that during Corona Virus (COVID-19) different banks of district are doing commendable job and the employees of banks have a crucial role in not just supporting customers and employees, but society as well. He also extended his gratitude and lauded the efforts of Banks for such kind gesture of voluntarily donation, adding that all must have to come forefront in assisting the district administration in the time of emergency.
