| Search operation launched in Kishtwar uptown area | | | Asif Iqbal Naik

Kishtwar, May 16: On the bases of the specific inputs about the possible movement of Hizb commander Jahingir Saroori, the security forces including 26 RR today launched a search operation in uphill side of Semna Colony of Kishtwar town.
As per the details available with Early Times, the security forces today morning launched a search and cordon operation in Semna colony area after they received an information about the suspect movement of Hizb longest surviving commander Jahingir Saroori around his house situated near Semna hill top.
The senior official while confirming the launch of search operation in the area termed it as a normal operation added that they don’t want to take chance and act upon even on inputs with few percent of accuracy.
The officials said that the search was concluded in the afternoon after they got assured no presence of Jahingir in the area.
It is pertinent to mention that that Jahingir Saroori was only yesterday named in a charge sheet by the NIA in infamous Parihar brother viz BJP State Secretary Anil Parihar and his brother Ajeet Parihar in NIA court Jammu along with three slain militants Osama Javed, Zahid Hussain Sagar and Haroon Abbas Wani and OGWs Nissar Ahmed Sheikh, Nishad Ahmed and Azad Hussain who are already in judicial custody since last year after J&K police creak the RSS leader and Parihar brother and arrested them.
J&K Police later handed over their custody to NIA for further investigation into the case.
