MENDHAR ,June 13: Flash floods which had washed away a culvert on Harni – Kasiote road in Mendhar sub- division a few days ago due to heavy rains snapping link of about half a dozen villages and several hamlets, besides damage to a water supply line, Administration has started construction work of the same sources said here today.
Early Times had carried the news item in its edition and the concerned department taking the cognizance of the report ,has rushed men and machinery ti the spot and started the construction work of culvert on the nallah which is a vital link between several villages and hamlets in the area.
It is pretinent to mention here that during the rainy season the villages on other side of the nallah would remain cut off if proper repair work not have been initiated by the R&B authorities.
