Manmohan Singh tours border villages, spreads awareness of education among youth

Jammu, Aug 18: Choudhary Manmohan Singh Former Mayor and President All India Jat Maha Sabha J&k along with local leader AIJMS CapTirath singh President Samba, Ch Darshan Singh President Rajpura, Ch Darshan Kher Sr.VP Rajpura, Ch Satish youth president Samba and Ch Sham Lal Distt president and Sarpanch Reena Choudhary Distt. President Mahila Wing AIJMS Samba, toured various Border villages of Samba to spread awareness among the youth of the Bradhari about how to best avail the benefits of Border reservation in Govt. Jobs.
Choudhary advised the community members that for any kind of occupation, qualification is a must, so it is upon the parents to encourage and guide your children towards education. Choudhary also said that parents should prioritize the education and development of their children, and for this if they have to take some difficult steps then they must. In this process if you are forced to abandon or sell your livestock or lands, then be it, educated children are the way to an economically and socially better future. Choudhary requested the administration to speed up the process of issuing the border reservation beneficiary certificate to the families, so that they can receive the benefits of the said reservation in the upcoming govt. jobs. On the way back, Choudhary also attended a gathering in village Rehian Khanwal of Samba. The said meeting was arranged by the locals under the supervision of Ch Rattan lal ji. In the gathering local community members highlighted many problems faced by them, especially the pending issue of so many displaced family's compensation files in the Reveneu deptt.
