| PSO of DLSA Secy tests corona positive | | Sub-Judge, staff goes into self-quarantine | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
UDHAMPUR, Aug 20: One Personal Security Officer (PSO) of Sub Judge Sandeep Kour, Secretary District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) has been tested positive on Wednesday. The PSO is stable and is undergoing treatment at ITI College Quarantine Centre Udhampur. The personal security guard of the Sub-Judge was not on duty from some days as he was not feeling well. As soon as the test results of PSO was received, the Principal District and Session Judge , Mohan Lal Manhas immediately informed the Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer Municipal Council Udhampur. Municipal Council health workers swung into action and sanitized the entire Court complex and residences of the Judicial Officers. The court halls and chambers of the concerned magistrates have also been disinfected. Heath department team also visited secretary DLSA Court and after deliberation with staff started contact tracing before going for testing. Meanwhile, on the advice of Health team Secretary DLSA along with her staff members have gone into self-quarantine. According to Session Judge, Manhas who is also Chairman of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), “We are already taking all the necessary steps as per SOPs of government and guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of J&K from time to time. |
