DODA, Oct 2: Due to rising queries and chaos among trainee teachers regarding upcoming assessment phase 3rd under IMPACT of Education zone Gundna, the Zonal body through its Zonal President Sunil Sharma brought the matter to the notice of District body and State body of AJKLTF.
Since the Education zone Gundna is the first one in the district to face this phase 3rd i.e. Assessment so the issue became highly sensitive as the teachers of the zone were convinced to boycott the ongoing assessment programme without calculating the consequences thereof and as such the teachers were in dilemma.
Soon as the matter came to the notice of the state body, they assigned the task to Neeraj Sharma state secretary AJKLTF for clarification from the higher ups. As a result a Zoom meeting was conducted in the morning wherein Dr Arun Manhas Project Director Samagra was made available for onspot redressal of the issues and clarifications. Several queries were raised by the trainee teachers and in turn they were assured by Director Samagra that IMPACT programme is purely a capacity building programme and there is nothing to be worried about.
On his assurance Zonal President Sunil Sharma said, “We are ready to face the assessment part but the teachers of my Zone have not been given the sufficient time to prepare our PPTs and other related material whereas, the teachers who have completed their phase 2nd much earlier than our zone should have been assessed first”. The SPD Arun Manhas assured that the same will be conveyed to CEO Doda and Principal DIET Doda for the most convenient way out.
