Jammu, Oct 2: Tributes were paid to Martyr Rohit Sadhu by Brave Hearts, a volutary group of social servants at Saraswati Vihar Bohri Jammu on his 19th Death Anniversary. Late Shri Rohit Sadhu made supreme sacrifice of his life, fought bravely to terrorists on 01.10.2001 at Assembly complex Srinagar. Late Shri Rohit Sadhu, recipient of various gallantry police awards, a true human being was remembered by one and all on the occasion. Dr Usha Kher, Dy SP was the chief guest on the occasion. The occasion was graced by various prominent citizens, volunteers and police officers. Brave hearts has been doing a tremendous social service since pandemic by serving ration to the needy, free packaged drinking water is being served on daily basis to to the needy free of cost. The Brave Hearts make all this happen purely on the voluntary donations of the members.
The Chief guest and other speakers appreciated the efforts of the volunteers in serving the mankind. The founder of the brave hearts, Sunny Mohan Sadhu requested all especially younger generation to come forward to help downtrodden and needy. |
