| Plus 2 Officers Association gives warm welcome to new Secy SED | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 18: All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association under the President ship of Dr P.P. Raina attended by all the Executive committee members and some general House members . All of the members of the association extended warm welcome to the new Secretary School Education BK Singh (IFS) and hope that the Secretary will leave no stone unturned in mitigating the genuine demands of the Plus 2 Cadre and also extended full support from the cadre to him. The members felt satisfied on the working of the Association in highlighting the important issues confronting the Plus 2 Cadre before the competent authorities to get them solved. The Association highlighted the following demands as put forth earlier also before the SED. Burning issue of Plus 2 Officers : Assured Career progression(ACP) and Pay Anomalies to remove stagnation and Pay anomalies of plus two cadre.. The Plus 2 Cadre Officers From Lecturers to Jt Directors level be placed at par with College Teachers in pay band 3 in pre revised Pay Scale and granted Assured Career Progression like them as both were placed in the same pay band of 8000-13500 before 6th pay commission.
But anomalies in pay were created afterwards.. Release of Regularization lists of all cadre Officers which are in the pipeline Release of the Regularisation Lists of Left out CEOs and equivalents and Principals HS Schools and equivalents and all Incharge Lecturers ,at an earliest which are pending since 2008 and some incharge Lecturers even since 2003.
