| Tajinder appeals restoration of 4G | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 23: Renowned social/political Activist Sardar Tajinder Singh appealed to the administration for restoration of 4G services as it's essential need in Jammu and Kashmir UT.
Singh said for the past one and half years 2g service is going on but the subscribers of 4g services are paying for 4g services and in turn they are getting 2g services what is totally a gross violations for consumers act services and as per law companies must revise the rate of their data plans. Tajinder Singh said that people have been affected particularly the students and work at home workers in Jammu and Kashmir as speed is very slow and downloading process takes lot of time and the transfer of data from one place to another is at its worst due to poor speed. Tajinder Singh said that cellular companies has started broadband high speed services in Jammu and Kashmir but the rate and plans are very high which are out of budget of a common man to provide a quality education to his ward in this online Atmosphere due to covid19.
Singh appealed to the ministry of telecommunication to ask these cellular companies to revise their data plans as a special case in Jammu and Kashmir circle. |
