| GDC Khour organizes competition on National Library Week | | |

Jammu, Nov 23: In order to celebrate National Library Week (14th – 20th November), Department of Library and Information Science of GDC Khour organised paragraph writing competition on the topic “The Role of National Library of India”. The entire competition was organised by Mrs. Usha Kumari Librarian under the supervision of Prof. Hans Raj, Principal of the college.
A number of students of the College participated in the competition. Radhika Rajput and Nancy of Semester 1st shared 1st place. Abhimanyu Partap Singh and Aditya Verma of Semester 1st shared 2nd place and Anshu Rajput of sem. 1st secured 3rd place.
Dr. Kuldeep Raj Sharma, Dr. Sunil Kumar Saliada and Dr. Rajesh Manhas were the judges on the occasion.
Principal of the College congratulated the students for participating in the event and also appreciated the efforts made by the Librarian of the college to conduct the event successfully. |
