| Displaced Welfare Committee demands extention in last date of forms | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 8:A meeting of Displaced Welfare Committee was held here at Jagti camp today under the chairmanship of its president A K Sadhu.
While addressing the meeting Sadhu urged the chairman of SSRB to extend the last date for submission of recruitment forms of different posts for the migrants. He said due to COVID- 19 pandemic prevailing situation and DDC elections, a huge rush of people is being witnessed at the office of Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner for migrants presently and under these circumstances aspirants fail to obtain migration and domicile certificates for them which are supposed to be enclosed with other documents,he added.
He hailed the efforts of RRC who has earlier also favoured the aspiring candidates to receive necessary certificates at the shortest possible time.
Sadhu also made an appeal to RRC to allow an aspiring candidate to apply for more than one post at one point of time so that he or she can be able to get a chance of recruitment in the on going employment process .
