JAMMU, Dec 13: "Fashion is an armor to survive the reality of everyday life. Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu organized a Webinar on "Essence of Fashion Designing " in the benign presence of Mansi Gupta Director, MG Design School as Chief Guest, Harpreet Singh Anand ; Chairperson, Rohini Aima ; Principal Cum Vice-Chairperson and coordinators.
Webinar began with the welcome address by Rohini Aima who greeted the Chief Guest, stressed on exploring various possibilities in the field of Fashion, articulated multifarious courses being offered in the school and how are we channelizing their creativity and innovation in right direction. Khusbhoo Choudhary the Moderator of the webinar introduced the speakers and the topic of the webinar and moderated the session. The Chief Guest with more than a decade experience as an academician specializing in the field of Fashion Studies focused on Textiles, Fashion Management, Critical thinking, Social Design, etc. The panelists through a very structured presentation stressed on possibilities of recycling and redesigning, job opportunities, scope of investment in course of Fashion Designing, online internship, PhD in Fashion Designing and craft cluster. Very detailed and intensive presentation was given by all fashion panelists. The questions raised by the participants were answered very well. |
