Muskan Foundation raises issues of child abuse

Samba, Dec 17: Parveen Sangral, President Muskan Foundation Vijaypur held a press conference at Vijaypur. While interacting with the media persons she highlighted the issues of child abuse and its growing rate in our society. She further said that child abuse refers to the intended unintended and perceived maltreatment of Children including sexual harassment, cruelty, neglect on deprivation of basic needs which effect their growth and development. She further said that girl abuse is most among child abuse. The minor girls face emotional, physical and sexual abuse. According to UNICEF 53% children are victims of child abuse. So Muskan Foundation in collaboration with 'AINA' Organization is going to start a three month campaign. ‘AINA ORGANISATION’ is awaring the masses against child abuse in whole India and now they along with Muskan Foundation is going to organize its first session of this companion from next week in J&K positively stated Sangral. Sangral further explained that the lack of awareness among peoples, proper education or illiteracy is the main cause of child abuse in family. Thus it is the need of the hour to aware the people with this social evil. Children are the future of the Nation. Thus their future must be safe and secure. So it is our duty to aware the people and raise voice against child abuse.
