Jammu, Dec 17: The J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides, Jammu, organized a Cycle Rally under the initiated of “Fit India Movement” in which about 50 Scouts/Guides, Scouters/Guiders and heads of various institutions participated.
MM Joshi, State Public Commissioner was the Chief Guest on this auspicious occasion and flag off the rally, while Usha Chunni, Manjeet Kour, Harvinder Kour, Ashok Sharma, Miss Smiley Gupta, Sayar Rajawat, S. Harcharan Singh, RC Vaid , Haroon Malik, PL Dubey and Kour. The cycle rally started from State Headquarters Gandhi Nagar Jammu and went various places of Gandhi Nagar, Shastri Nagar and Nanak Nagar with the aim to promote “Fit India Movement” in each corner of the Jammu, Later on Scouts/Guides, Rover/Rangers and Adult leaders distributed masks in various places of Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The Rally was conceived and conducted under the directions of Nasreen Khan, Coordinator-cum- State Secretary, J&K UT Bharat Scouts and Guides, Jammu. |
