Jammu, Dec 17: Government Degree College Vijaypur (GDC) Vijaypur conducted a National level online lecture on the topic, “Entrepreneurship Opportunities in Indian stock market”. The speaker for the session was Alaudeen Basha having 10 years of “Stock Market Trading and training” experience and 14 years of Academic Experience in Teaching & Administration. Alaudeen Basha is the Director of ALBN Securities PVT LTD, Chennai (formerly known as ABN INVESTMENTS) a startup which is a stock market training and trading company that was established and registered in 2018.In his lecture, he explained in detail the intended list of skills required to become a successful entrepreneur in stock market as it is a multifaceted sector and one has to thrive in a stressful work environment, strict work schedule and high volume of competition.
According to him, the Indian stock market is a marketplace where many people don’t plan to take up as a career choice because of risk factor. But to a surprise for many people, the stock market excites them to join as a career option as they can make huge revenues along with consistent growth. While interacting after the session, he addressed the queries of the participants and encouraged them to grab the available opportunities of Entrepreneurship like Advisory service, Broking/Sub-Broking services, Self-investment, Financial Advisor, Personal Financial Advisor, Financial Manager, Financial Consultant etc. Dr. Sangeeta Sudan, Principal of the College expressed her gratitude to the resource person for sharing valuable information and spreading awareness about various career options available for the youth in Indian stock market . She added that there is no doubt that the Indian stock market is full of surprises but if one chooses to move in the right direction and understands the depth and details of the sensex and Nifty then one can surely make a successful career choice.
However, if one needs a stable career then one must join share trading stocks and investment courses. The programme was organised and co-ordinated by Dr. Ruchi (HOD, Sociology) who thanked the participants and highlighted the role of such lectures in guiding the student community.
