| NCC cadets bring laurels | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 13: Four NCC cadets of GDC Kathua who represented UT of Jammu and Kashmir at 72th Republic Day Celebrations held at New Delhi felicitated by the worthy principal GDC Kathua, Prof. Assa Ram Sharma in a ceremony held on 13-02-2021.
GDC Kathua NCC cadets brought laurels to the state by participating in various events held at RD camp Delhi. Two cadets of 4 J&K Bn NCC gave extraordinary performance. Cadet Aman Singh was the contingent commander of PM rally at Delhi and also marched on Rajpath. He got selected as best cadet and for Youth Exchange Programe (YEP) from UT of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. Cadet Tarun Malgotra marched in right file in PM rally. Cadet Tania Kattal of 2 J&K Girls Bn marched on Rajpath and in PM Rally Delhi. Cadet Hema Bains of 1st J&K Naval Unit marched on Rajpath and in PM Rally Delhi.
Addressing the NCC cadets, Principal GDC Kathua appreciated their extraordinary performance and exhorted the NCC cadets to work with dedication and sincerity. He also congratulated the NCC officers Dr. Rachna Devi, Dr. Verinder Singh and Dr. Amrik Singh for their hard work and dedication due to which NCC cadets got such achievements at National level. |
