| Another event held at Devak by NSS Unit | | |

Jindrah, Feb 17: NSS unit of GDC Jindrah on the third day of its eight-day special winter camp 2021 organised an event regarding agriculture.
NSS volunteers raised awareness among the locals as well as students regarding the various government sponsored schemes related to agriculture after a wonderful, informative and knowledgable lecture delivered by Agriculture Extension Officer, Vishal Raina.
He described the camp as a good initiative to create awareness among students saying it would help in spreading valuable information regarding various government schemes among the local people.
He also raised awareness among NSS volunteers to choose Agriculture as their career as there is a wide scope for students in the field of Agriculture in the near future.
Besides Vishal Raina, Vikram Singh ( agriculture extension assistant) and Satvir Singh (agriculture extension assistant) were the main chief guests on the event.
The event conducted under the supervision of Assistant Sunil Dutt Sharma ( programme officer of NSS ) while the principal of the College, Rajshree Dhar presided over the event and congratulated the NSS unit of the college for holding such a meaning full event.
