Advisor Bhatnagar meets several delegations, individuals during public outreach programme

JAMMU, Mar 25: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, today met scores of delegations and individuals during the public outreach programme held at Civil Secretariat here.
The delegations and individuals during the interaction apprised the Advisor about their issues and demands and sought an early resolution for the same.
During the outreach programme, a deputation of Non-employed BDS doctors raised the issue of creation of posts and filling of vacancies of BDS doctors in the department with the Advisor and sought his immediate intervention for the same.
They demanded streamlining the posts of dental professionals in the department and filling up of vacancies on urgent basis.
Another delegation of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association demanded merger of all movable and immovable properties of the trust with the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji Shrine Board.
Similarly, a deputation of Ex-Servicemen from Sainik Colony Jammu demanded early and timely possession of allotted plots to various ex-servicemen besides provision of all basic amenities around the colony.
Likewise, a public delegation from Barnai projected several issues regarding their area with the Advisor. They demanded protection of Shamshan Ghat besides removal of encroachments around this place.
Besides these delegations, several individuals from Jammu, Reasi, Srinagar, Budgam, Rajouri and other areas raised several issues with the Advisor and sought immediate redressal of the same.
Advisor Bhatnagar, while responding to the issues and concerns of delegations and individuals, assured them that all of their genuine issues and demands will be redressed on priority.
Meanwhile, the Advisor also passed on spot instructions to various departments for timely disposal of grievances highlighting that effective public service delivery depends on facilitating the public at all levels.
