Early Times Report

Jammu, Mar 25: Pavitar Singh Bhardwaj , president Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, Purani Mandi has hailed the recent decision of the Court of 1st Additional Judge in the suit filed by Rajput Biradri members against the Vice President BJP J&K Narayan Singh, so called, self proclaimed president of the prestigious social organisation of the whole Rajput Biradri of J&K namely ‘Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha J&K’ founded by the great personalities of Rajput Biradri under the patronage of Raja Amar Singh and other Dogra rulers way back more than 115 years ago, restraining him from carrying out any commercial or financial transactions and/or exercise any financial powers in contravention to the provisions of Constitution/Niyamawali of Rajput Sabha.
He informed that the Court also held that constitution is the soul of Society. To permit society to work against constitution will encourage illegal acts and omissions. The Court held that no elections of Rajput Sabha have been held after 2006 and held that constitution is supreme and court cannot be party to any illegal action and further held that member of political party cannot hold post of President of Rajput Sabha, thus, saving the remaining property of this prestigious heritage of the Rajput Biradri from his clutches and further misappropriations.
All the tenants who have obtained premises from said Narayan Singh were appealed and cautioned, not to pay rent in cash or in any form, whatsoever, instead deposit the same in court as the matter is subjudice, otherwise appropriate action may follow under law at their own risk and cost which may lead to rejection and recovery of all sort of monetary losses caused to Rajput Sabha.
He further disclosed that an investigation by crime branch is also going on for such criminal act of usurping the property of Rajput Sabha for personal gains by committing fraud.
