Girish Sharma nominated convener social media, IT cell of DBPS

JAMMU, Apr 9: President of Dogra Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha has nominated Girish Sharma as convener of Social Media and IT Cell of Sabha.
He said that with formation of this cell there will be a boost to outreach to Biradari members and their enrolment into the activities of the Sabha.
Sharma who has wide experience of social media field shall spread the information of performance and programmes of Sabha to common masses.
President of the Sabha has also nominated Bimla Padha as President of Women Wing of Sabha. Padha is already an activists of Sabha and commend respect in society particularly women folk. She is acceptable name among the Brahmin Women of Rural and Urban areas. Sabha with her nomination is excepted more and more involvement of women in the day to day functioning of Sabha. Padha has been authorized to constitute women committee and nominate other office bearer in consultation with Sabha President.
Sabha President Ved Parkash Sharma appealed to the public to observe strict covid guidelines of the Health Department of Govt. while performing Puja and other functions during Navratras. Large gathering in Jagrata and marriage functions must be avoided. Social distancing and mark donning should be made the order of the day. Temples and other religious places should not be overcrowded. It becomes the duty of the fight out the pandemic unitedly.
