Jammu, Apr 22: Former State President BJP and Ex Minister Sat Sharma (CA) held a Janta Darbar and interacted with a large number of people to know about their grievances besides taking stock of remaining works, to be done in various areas. People hailing from various wards of Jammu West Assembly segment visited the Janata Darbar of former MLA and sought redressal of their grievances.
People hailing from wards 18, 26, 32 and 39 led by party representatives met BJP leader and highlighted various issues. They further asked him to intervene in some matters at the earliest to avoid public distress.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat said that a fruitful discussion was held with the inhabitants and many things came up during interaction, where the locals stressed for taking up some utmost important works in the area besides completing the same within stipulated time frame.
Sharma asked the officials of concerned departments to immediately prepare estimates and take up works left in all 26 wards of Jammu West Assembly segment, for providing better connectivity to the inhabitants. Sharma also spoke to concerned engineers of JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation), Power and Jal Shakti Departments and asked them to provide all basic amenities to the inhabitants at their doorsteps and provide uninterrupted supply of both Power and Water.
