Poonch Administration imparts training to teams deployed for COVID-19 Management activities

POONCH, Apr 29: District Administration Poonch, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner, Inder Jeet imparted training to teams deployed for COVID-19 management related duties, here in Auditorium of Government Degree College. Nodal officer, COVID-19, Zamood Ahmed and Dr. Ashfaq Choudhary, Orthopedician, District Hospital imparted training to the participants.
It is pertinent to mention here that District Administration, Poonch has deployed 253 teams at Panchayat level, 21 teams at Niabat level and 4 teams at Sub-Division/Tehsil levels for the Covid management duties. The duties assigned to these teams include preparing basic data of eligible persons for vaccination, mobilization of these persons for vaccination, enforcement of SOPs related to home isolation of COVID-19 positive persons, Contact tracing etc. These teams shall also sensitize the people regarding COVID-19 related SOPs and will work to disseminate information related to COVID-19 including vaccination and testing. Detailed formats in the shape of Google forms have been prepared. All information collection and analysis shall be paperless. The Deputy Commissioner has directed all the officers to work tirelessly in the hour of crisis and contribute towards containment of Corona.
