Waiver of installment, interest on loan, 50% concession on tuition fees, financial relief package demanded

Jammu, May 21: Neeraj Dewan General Secretary J&K, Ladakh PTU distributed face masks among people and made them aware of covid-19 at Transport Nagar Narwal Jammu.
During distribution of face masks, many owners of rehri, fehari and drivers met with Neeraj Dewan and informed him that during lockdown they have no source of income and asked him to raise their demands for waiver of loan 10000/- as well as installments of loan under the scheme of Atam Nirbhar Bharat.
Dewan said businessmen, advocates and self-employees are suffering from pandemic and they have no sufficient source of income from last year to till date. Govt. failed to frame policy for financial assistance of these tax payers. He said that this pandemic have not financially affected Govt. employees and pensioners but it affects the Industries, traders, professionals, advocates, consultants, businessman, mini bus owners and drivers rehri phari owners etc. He demands that Govt. should waive off installment, bank interest on loan and 50% concession on tuition fees of these people (businessmen, advocates and self-employees) and also announced financial relief package for their rehabilitation.
