| JKNPP celebrates twin secretariat as great relief to all | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, July 1: Addressing first press conference in Jammu after having got twin Secretariat in Jammu & Kashmir which was one of the urgent demands of J&K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) Bhim Singh, President-JKNPP congratulated the Panthers Party activists and all those who had kept this movement ever since the Panthers Party was established in 1982.
The Panthers Party had been agitating for twin Secretariat and twin Assemblies in J&K so that the residents of Kashmir Province and Jammu Province shall get equal opportunity to work and grow as citizens of India.
Singh while addressing media persons in Jammu congratulated the residents of J&K and assured the residents of Ladakh region that the Panthers Party shall continue its fight from Leh to New Delhi for the restoration of Statehood of J&K and Ladakh.
He also assured the residents of Ladakh that the Panthers Party shall fight for equality and autonomy to the people of Ladakh. He had told the Prime Minister on June 24, 2021 conference in New Delhi that Ladakh (Leh to Kargil) should be given equal treatment and facility which citizens of India are entitled to share under the Constitution of India. He had conveyed to the Prime Minister of India that J&K and Ladakh deserve special care for the development of the people of J&K and Ladakh.
Bhim Singh briefed the media about his representation vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir to the Prime Minister of India as the last speaker during the J&K political parties’ conference in New Delhi on June 24, 2021.
Those who were present in the press conference included Anita Thakur (General Secretary), Capt. Anil Gour (Provincial President), Neeraj Dewan (General Secretary-PTU) and others. |
