On his disclosure teams of Reasi Police conducted further multiple raids against drug abusers accompanied by Executive Magistrate (Tehsildar Reasi) that lead to the arrests of three more drug abusers-Abid Malik S/O Bashir Mohd R/O Chowk Chabutra Reasi, Ranjit Singh S/O Bahadur Singh R/O Mahadev Reasi, Chandan S/O Kartar Chand R/O Geeta Nagar Reasi and incriminating materials & evidences were recovered that were used in drugs abuse including Syringes, burnt foil papers, partially burned rolled currency notes of ? 10 etc from their possession. Further investigation of the case will explore the more members of this racket in & around the town including the chain of source & other consumers in the town. Accused Irfan has been bailed out in the case in which he was arrested five weeks earlier despite strong objections submitted by the police before the Court. New facts regarding earlier case against hardcore Irfan are surfacing which need proper digging of facts. Fresh appeal will be filed before the Hon'le court for cancellation of his earlier bail order so that his custody can be taken by the concerned Investigating Officer & investigation is thoroughly done.
Accused Neeraj Sharma, a door to door delivery boy of private courier company eCom Express was ferrying in the city lanes on a scooty & was a most frequent visitor in every nook & corner of the Reasi. His job profile easily concealed his ugly deeds of spreading drug abuse in the city. He has been the trusted sales & delivery boy of Accused Irfan for the Reasi town for youngsters. At the same time Shakeel is the driver of load carrier & another trusted man of accused Irfan. Shakeel ran the network amongst drivers community. They have been found fit cases to be placed under constant surveillance even if they are bailed out, under Register no 10 of Police Station with their individual history sheets.
