JTC continues protest for 332nd day

JAMMU, Aug 30: The Jagti Tenament Committee and Soan Kashmir Front continued their protest for the 332nd day at Jagti township.
The protesters have been demanding fulfilment of their demands since they have started protest demonstration but so far government has not taken any cognizance over their demands.
Addressing the protesters, Shadi Lal Pandita president JTC and SKF said that the Government should fulfill the demands at an earliest. Pandita said Government should resettle the displaced Pandits in Kashmir Valley which is their mother land. He also reiterated his demand regarding increasing the monthly cash relief from Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000 per family, job package for those families who have no serving Government employee, compensation for losses suffered in 31 years of turmoil and on spot recruitment in police and para military forces for community youth be held in migrant camps and non camp areas.
The others leaders and members who participated in the protest were Raj Kumar Tickoo, Ravinder Koul, ML Razdan, Rakesh Tickoo, Kamal Ji Pandita, Shuban Ji Raina, Rakesh Ambardar, Vinod Moza, Rakesh Tickoo. S Charanjeet Singh, Kashi Nath Bhat, Inder Ji Labroo, Ram Krishan, Vinod Bhat, Rakesh Koul, Vijay Bakshi, Raj Kumar Bhat, Satish Pandita, SK Pandita, Vijay Suri, Ramesh Suri, GM Khan, Ab Gafar Dar and others.
