KISHTWAR, Jan 4: Senior Congress leader, Sarpanch Panchayat Patnazi B of block Bhujwah in Kishtwar District today joined the BJP at party Headquarter in Kishtwar in presence of senior party leaders including Alhaj Tariq Hussain Keen, Brig Mohan Sharma, Capt Hukum Chand, Rajinder Singh, Hussna Begum, DDC member Drabshallla Ashok Kumar and others.
While welcoming the newly joined Sarpanch and Panches, the senior party leader said that the people friendly policies of the Narindra Modi Govt and LG led government is the main reason behind mass joining of people into party fold.
The leader urged upon the party workers to work with zeal and zest for the welfare of the people in respective areas so that the benefits of the government run schemes could be reach to the poor people at grass root level.
Those who joined in BJP include Sarpanch Mohammad Yaqoob, Naib Sarpanch Abdul Rashid Butt, Roshan Din, Noor Din, Bashir Ahmed, Hashim Din all Panches Panches from Panchayat Patnazi B, Sajjad Hussain and Jaffer Hussain.
Newly joined leaders assured the party leaders that they will work for the betterment of the people as well as for the party with the hope that the benefits of the government scheme could reach to the people on ground.
