Jammu, Feb 8: Road leading to Tawi Riverfront Park in Jammu has led to decline in people visiting the tourist spot.
According to the locals, the road leading to the park is in a dilapidated condition. “When the road was in a good condition many people used to visit this park but in the recent past the footfall has declined as the road leading to the park is not upto the mark,” they said. “The park has been developed and people do want to come but due to lack of proper road connectivity no one wants to visit. We have raised this issue with the administration on many occasions but our pleas haven’t been heard,” the locals added. |
