SSP Benam Tosh rewarded officers, jawans for distinguished services

KATHUA, Apr 12: To recognize the distinguished services of the most dedicated officers and jawans, IRP organized a reward ceremony at IRP 19th Battalion Headquarters Kathua.
SSP Benam Tosh Commandant flanked by SP Dewaker Singh, SP Santokh Raj and Deputy SP Deepak Tufchi felicitated the outstanding officers and jawans and presented commendation certificates with cash rewards .
310 outstanding officers and jawans who have rendered exemplary services on various fronts were conferred with cash rewards and Commendation Certificates at the grand reward ceremony with the underlying objective of inspiring all the officials to exhibit more dedication, devotion and commitment while performing Government duties.
On the occasion, SSP Benam Tosh exhorted the officers and officials to be prepared for the worst under all circumstances at all points of time. “Police service is rather difficult but interesting and comparatively better because it provides better scope to serve the nation and mankind.
Police officials should feel proud of being the public servants in ‘khaki’ and should be ready to render required services and help to the people round the clock,” Benam Tosh said
Benam Tosh also congratulated and wished all the best to the recipients of cash rewards and commendation certificates and said that their performance had been rated as outstanding because they were displaying exemplary devotion and commitment to duties amid toughest challenges posed by Covid-19 coupled with other adverse circumstances.
He also conveyed congratulations to the families of the rewarded officers and jawans.
The Commandant further assured that all the officers and officials who perform duties with honesty and discipline will be handsomely rewarded and decorated in days to come.
Deputy CO, Adjutant, Quartermaster and Company Commanders also spoke on the occasion , thanked the Commandant for sanctioning rewards so generously and congratulated the officials who received the commendation certificates & cash rewards as a token of recognition of their outstanding performance.
