JAMMU, Apr 27: President Hotel & Restaurant Association, Katra & Federation of Hotels, Restaurants, Industry & Commerce of Jammu region Rakesh Wazir talked to Managing Director Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Ltd.(JPDCL) Shiv Anant Tayal & Chief Engineer JPDCL Sandeep Seth and apprised him of power woes in Katra Vaishnodevi.
They said that Katra never ever had any curtailment of power from last so many years so that pilgrims coming from every nook and corner of India may not suffer but just recently from last 3-4 days we are seeing that total curtailment is being imposed at Katra Vaishnodevi ji also and as a result total Katra is facing huge electricity crisis and pilgrims are up against many odds. |
