| Traffic Violators will not spare at any cost: ARTO Neeraj Sharma | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Dec 4: Motor Vehicle Department Samba on Thursday launched an anti- enforcement drive against the traffic Violators and Challaned twenty traffic Violations different violations of motor Vehicle Act and imposed Penalty of fine of Rupees One Lakh through e challan from the traffic Violators in Samba District Samba.
The enforcement team was composed of ARTO Er Neeraj Sharma , MVI C.M Sharma, C.S Baloria MVTA Chetan Kumar . The drive was conducted along the National Highway Samba and entire routes of the District. During the checking, the enforcement team issued 20 challans under various provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act and associated rules. A total fine amounting to one Lakh through e challan.
As part of the drive at Samba, ARTO Er Neeraj Sharma Said that on Thursday the department conducted an anti enforcement drive and challaned 20 Vehicles and imposed Penalty of fine of Rs one Lakh. During the drive he stressed upon the drivers, conductors, and vehicle owners, emphasizing adherence to the safety parameters and traffic regulations to ensure passenger safety.
He reiterated that such enforcement drives and crackdowns on traffic violators would continue across all routes in the district to maintain strict traffic discipline.
ARTO Samba has urged all vehicle operators to comply with traffic regulations and ensure the safety of passengers by adhering to prescribed norms. Such drives will remain a routine effort to enhance road safety.
