Jammu, Feb 14: In a significant breakthrough on the anti-drug trafficking front, Jammu Police, in a joint operation with the 165 Battalion of the Border Security Force (BSF), recovered a huge quantity of narcotics worth approximately Rs 40 crore near the International Border (IB) in the RS Pura sector of Jammu district, a statement said. It said, “Acting swiftly on specific inputs received from 165 Bn BSF regarding suspicious drone activity along the International Border, a joint cordon and search operation was launched during the intervening night of February 13 and 14, 2026.
