Anarchy at its best
12/30/2018 10:39:24 PM
Jehangir Rashid Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Dec 30: Orders issued at the highest level in the state administration are being virtually thrown into 'dustbin' with no respect whatsoever being shown to the authority who has issued such an order. An order issued by Principal Secretary, Health & Medical Education department has virtually been given a 'damn' by a doctor who over the years has been enjoying a close rapport with corridors of power at the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir. The doctor a dental surgeon has not obeyed the transfer order and as such he has given no importance to the order issued by no less than by Principal Secretary, Health & Medical Education department. Interestingly, the higher ups of Directorate of Health Services Kashmir are also non-serious about the transfer order. "In the interest of administration it is hereby ordered that the services of Dr. Imran (Physician ACLS trained, CHC Gousia Hospital) shall be utilized to supervise the training at RIHFW, Dhobiwan along with other doctors who have been already conducting trainings according to a...

12/30/2018 10:38:17 PM
