Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 4: Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and President of Peoples Democratic Party Mehbooba Mufti praising Maharaja Hari Singh for laying the foundation of Article 370 has not takers in Jammu region as people know it very well that she sabotaged the move to declare Maharaja's birthday as state holiday. Sources said Mir Anjum a 22-year old from Bemina here died at the ICU of SKIMS Soura after remaining on ventilator for around a week. She was admitted to the institute on March 29 after she passed blood with stool.
