When contacted, Bhagat said he had been receiving complaints about the absence of revenue officials at R S Pura and when he visited the tehsil office today, half of the staff was yet to come. Even SDM reached in his office at 11 AM while as the tehsildar concerned did not come to office the whole day. He said that directions had been passed to the Tehsil Supply Officer to distribute ration among consumers for their convenience.
Meanwhile, SDM, South, Shahid Mehmud has lodged a complaint to police against NC leader Tony for allegedly misbehaving with him and his staff on Thursday.

When contacted, Shahid said that inquiry on issuance of PRC to other non residents in the area has also been initiated.
