| DDC visits Anantnag town takes stock of development works | | | ANANTNAG: The District Development Commissioner, Anantnag, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone today visited various areas of Anantnag town and took stock of ongoing developmental works in the town. He was accompanied by a team of district officers also.
Dr. Lone visited Khanabal area and interacted with the people and enquire about the basic amenities being provided to them by the District Administration.
The District Development Commissioner also visited Khanabal-Pahalgam road where he took stock of ongoing macadamization work on K.P. Road. He emphasized upon the concerned officers and agencies to speed up the macadamization work and also stressed upon the agencies for transparency in the macadam work. A deputation from Khanabal area called on the District Development Commissioner and apprised him about their problems and demands. Dr. Lone assured the deputation that all the problems and demands would solved in a phased manner on priority basis. |
