BSF, Pak Rangers hold flag meeting 4/20/2014 11:19:53 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 20: BSF and Pakistani Rangers had a flag meeting at the International Border in Jammu district during which they discussed various issues, including problems of farmers cultivating land near the borderline. The flag meeting took place at R S Pura border between BSF officials headed by DIG J C Singla and Pak officers yesterday, officials said today.
