UDHAMPUR, July 16 : One day Annual Pingla Mata Pilgrimage along with Charri Mubarak was flagged off from Pandav Mandir Udhampur today with traditional fervour and gaiety. The Yatra was organized by Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Udhampur. A large number of pilgrims from different areas of the state have paid obeisance at the sacred cave Shrine of Pingla Mata to seek the blessings of Bhagwati, situated on a hill top at village Pinger in tehsil Ramnagar of district Udhampur. Lot of enthusiasm and high spirits were visible on the faces of numerous pilgrims hailing not only from district but also from different parts of the state who were constantly chanting bhajans. The Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Udhampur taken sacred Akhand joyti from Pandav Mandir which was lit on July 15, 2014 to Cave Shrine in the morning. According to President Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Udhampur, Ashok Gupta, the Akhand Jyoti was accompanied by over 15,000 devotees chanting bhajans and kirtan in praise of Mata Pingla Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Udhampur also provided free bus services for the devotees in this year like every year from Udhampur. Besides a free langar was also organised at the shrine cave.Among other, Sapranch panchayat Pinger, Mulkh Raj, Vice President, Ajay Kumar Gudda, General Secretary, Rajinder Singh, Baba Puran Nath Ji, Members of the Sanstha and large number of devotee participated in the yatra. |
