HC issues notice to CEO Birla Sun Life Insurance 7/17/2014 12:01:15 AM Early Times Report Jammu, July 16 : Advocate Sajjad Ahmed in a petition has alleged that he and his family had been cheated by the Birla Sun Life Insurance Company as they induced him and his family to buy the policy from them and in resturn get double amount in an year. Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Adv Aditya Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to State and Chief Executive Officer Birla Sun Life Insurance Company and Ors. Sr. AAG Gagan Basotra accepted the notices on behalf of State. While arguing Adv Aditya Sharma submitted that Birla Sun Life Insurance had played a fraud with the petitioner.
