Two thieves held in city 9/23/2014 11:09:24 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 23 : Police today claimed to have arrested two thieves in two separate incidents reported from Bakshi Naggar and Nowabad areas. Police spokesman said that in Bakshi Nagar area, a car window breaker thief identified as Vinay Sharma of Jandhra Manwal, who was also working as minibus conductor was arrested by Bakshi Nagar police. Spokesman further said that he was active in Shalimar, Bus Stand, Rehari, Pulora area and is alleged to have steal car accessories. Meanwhile, Nowabad police arrested a thief identified namely as Zaffar Shah of Patan Singh Pura Distt. Baramullah.
