Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 30: The Lajwanti Medical Trust in association with AGOI, local chapter is organizing a 4-day female cancer workshop at Jammu, the winter capital of J&K State from tomorrow. Super specialists from across the country are participating in it where the high level discussions about this serious disease will take place and also free consultation services as also treatment facilities extended to some patients in the medical institutions in Jammu. This was disclosed by Dr Kasturi Lal, former Principal of Government Medical College, Jammu here today. He disclosed that a group of experts, surgical specialists and related disciplines from India as well as Jammu and Kashmir will be attending the conference at Jammu and sharing experiences. The knowledge about the female cancer, which is growing at a fast pace, will be imparted to the people. On the first day, technical discussions will take place, while the inaugural session will be held at Institute of Engineer, Gandhinagar, Jammu on November 1 morningand later on the specialist doctors would be participating in the programme for sensitizing the professionals and also imparting basic knowledge among the patients and the general public.
