JAMMU, Nov 12: J K Public School today organized 'Parental counseling session' here at School premises.
According to press release, Director, Brigader Sukhdev Singh addressed the audience by giving practical examples of life, how communication was the binding force between the parents and their children.
School Counselor, Dr.Chand Trehan, took up an effective session where she exhorted the parents to focus on meaningful grooming during the foundation years of their children.
Student's parents have apprised of different parenting styles like authoritarian, permissive and democratic. Need to develop healthy food habits and inculcate discipline among the tiny tots were highlighted. The concept of 'Sharing is Caring' was emphasized. The session organized for the benefit of the parents and their children was very purposeful. |
