Jammu, Nov 12: In a petition filed by Balkar Singh and others against Janpriya Finance Investment Company and others, which is alleged to have duped people of Rs 6.25 cr, a high court division bench of Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan today issued fresh non-bailable warrants against Debabrata Ghatak, MohitSircor and Chandra Kant Parasrampuria, all residents of West Bengal and directors of the company. Issuing fresh non-bailable warrants of the directors, the bench directed Director General of Police, Kolkata to cooperate and in case the warrants are not executed, the properties belonging to three directors be sealed and further steps permissible under law be taken.
