Pak violates truce, 3 BoPs targeted | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 12: Pakistan once again violated the cease fire by firing small arms in forward areas along the International Border. Three cases of cease fire by the Pak Rangers have been reported during last 24 hours wherein three forwards Border out Posts (BoPs) were targeted. According to official sources, Pak Rangers lobbed around four bursts from across the border on Indian forward posts this morning at around 11.00 am at Ramgarh Sector in Samba." Sources said that around seven bursts came from across from the border at MajraBoP in the sector. While a single round was also fired at a Forward Indian Post Stop 2 in Samba sector, this morning. Sources further said that Pak Rangers targeted Indian post (Simbal Post) in Nikki Tawi area situated very close to the city by firing two bursts late last night at around 1.15 hrs. Sources said however the guns fall silent thereafter while no injury or damage was reported in this late night firing. "Meanwhile alert troops of BSF also apprehended an unknown person while he was moving under mysterious circumstances in close vicinity of Border out Post-the SH Way. Later, BSF handed over his custody to local police for further questioning. |
