CEO directs crediting uniform funds to bank accounts of beneficiaries 11/13/2014 12:47:49 AM Kishtwar, Nov 12 : Chief Education Officer Kishtwar Javed Ahmed Kichloo after assuming the charge last month ordered immediate release of over Rs 85 lacs that had remained unutilized for over an year to the accounts of various schools for providing uniforms to the students studying in various government schools up to Middle standard. The officer however issued orders preventing the school heads from distributing the uniforms in person or though concerned ZEOs and instead directed them to deposit the same amount through invoice directly in the account of beneficiary students. While confirming the order, CEO Kishtwar said the objective of issuing such directions was to prevent the politicizing of the same and also guard against commission system and other such discrepancies.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
