GDC RS Pura celebrates 'Human Rights Day' 12/11/2014 10:45:36 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 11: Government Degree College (GDC) RS Pura today celebrated Human Rights Day. According to sources, NSS/RRC students besides students of different classes also participated in the event. Earlier Dr Jaipal Singh, Programme Officer NSS/RRC welcome the Principal Dr S P Sharma, as a Chief Guest, staff and students for their overwhelming participation in the Human Rights Day. Programme Officer NSS/RRC extended heartfelt thanks to Principal Dr. S P Sharma for sparing his valuable time and encouraging students to participate in such events for their overall development besides taking pledge along with staff and students on Human Rights Day.
