| Political bosses looted state since last 12 years : Bharat Chowdhary | | |  Jammu, Dec 11 : Bharat Chowdhary, Senior Peoples Democratic Party leader and its Candidate from Jammu East Constituency, while carrying on his door to door campaign in his area, today visited Old Hospital Road, KachiChawni, Jewel Chowk and TalabKhatikan etc. Many prominent citizens especially Youth of the area joined him in his campaign.
People expressed total dissatisfaction and disenchantment with sitting BJP MLA as well as Congress government over their total failure in resolving their long pending issues of sanitation, regular water supply, frequeunt breakdown of power cables and transformers, lack of facilities for the senior citizens, no job opportunities for the youth etc. People said that it is over six years that they are seeing underground sewerage being constructed in the city.
Later on Bharat Chowdhary along with various senior leaders addressed large public gathering at Super Bazar, Old hospital Road where he promised to take care of the people's grievances and usher in a new era of development in the constituency.
At the same time he asked the voters to not to be be-fooled by such false promises of development as nothing can be expected from the party which has not done anything since last sixty years. |
